Preserving Tradition, Serving Devotees
Sri Khandoba's temple is an ancient active shrine that has existed for hundreds of years. After 5-7 years of effort by founder Sri Rameshwar Bahirat, the institution was formally registered on March 9, 2022, with registration number A 0005090 (PBN).
Within a year, the institution's constitution was created and approved, followed by the shrine receiving the status of a pilgrimage site (Tirthakshetra K). The temple is located on a high hill by the banks of the Karpara River near Devgaon Fata in Selu Taluka of Parbhani district in Maharashtra.
Although situated in an extremely remote, mountainous area, it is located on the Mumbai-Hyderabad National Highway, drawing large numbers of visitors from all corners of Maharashtra and various other states.

This tradition connects our temple to the broader Warkari movement, an important pilgrimage tradition in Maharashtra. The Sansthan aims to establish a Warkari education institution to spread this tradition to the grassroots level.
